35 years manufacturing experience with General Electric major appliance business. Last 5 years plant manager. Direct managerial experience in high volume assembly, sub assembly, metal forming, plastic injection molding, maintenance, security, and steam generation. Also, project management, outsourcing, union avoidance, union management, and change leadership experience.

Started career with a large company, BF Goodrich, in raw materials, plastics.Became a partner with a large plastic machinery manufacturer. Joined a small failing company. Turned them around and made INC 500 4 times. Started my own wholesale company in a consumer product, window coverings. Developed training programs for both selling and installing to consumers. Success in wholesale lead to developing a successful retail business. Sold both companies to the largest window covering company in the world. Since, my background includes experience in all aspects of the distribution chain from raw material, manufacturing, retailing, to a product installed in the consumers home I feel I can offer assistance to those starting a new business or presented with a challenge in their current business. My experience is sales management in large companies and general management, manufacturing, and sales leadership in smaller companies.
