How I can help you
I’ll gladly help you with business and commercial real estate financing.
Please note: My experience with single-family real estate is very limited. One to four family homes are categorized as “single family” because the same programs for a one-unit house are used for up to four units. Five units and up are categorized as “multifamily” and use different criteria to finance them.
My career: Entrepreneur, commercial mortgage banker, business lender and deal-maker
My passion: Your success for the life of your business
I can help you with your business: With conventional financing, SBA and rural USDA loans, startups, commercial real estate acquisition, financing rental apartments, office buildings, retail stores, industrial properties, selling or buying a business and crafting a winning financing presentation.
Jerry founded two businesses: Trust Realty Funding, Inc. and University Seminars, Inc. Trust Realty was established to provide financing for commercial real estate and privately held businesses nationwide. While at Trust Realty, Jerry also consulted with Citigroup Geneva Capital Strategies, Strategic M/A and other investment bankers on mergers and acquisitions. He conducted workshops nationwide and advised owners of privately-held, small and middle-market companies about their evaluations, and selling their businesses to maximize profit. He founded University Seminars to produce related conferences, seminars and courses in partnership with universities and colleges.
Before launching his businesses, Jerry served as senior vice president and chief commercial mortgage-lending officer for a mortgage affiliate of eight banking institutions. He held similar positions with affiliates of Continental Illinois National Bank and First Pennsylvania Corporation (now PNC). He also consulted with various state government agencies and non-profits in advisory roles.
Jerry was a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), Georgia Adult Education Association (GAEA), and other real estate and financial trade associations. He also authors and is the subject of numerous articles in national and business trade publications regarding real estate, financing and business.
